Frequently asked questions
How much notice do you need?
Ideally 7 days for standard orders, and 2–3 weeks for larger or highly customised orders. Popular dates book up, so the earlier you get in touch the better.
Can I place a last-minute order?
Yes, you’re welcome to ask! Last-minute orders can be requested, depending on availability. Send through an order request and I’ll let you know as soon as possible.
What happens after I send an order request?
I’ll be in touch to chat through the story, design and flavours, then send you a quote. Once you’re happy, a 30% deposit secures your date.
How do deposits and payments work?
A 30% deposit secures your custom booking. Remaining balance due 7 days before collection or delivery. Payment details are provided at booking. There are no payments taken on this website.
How much will my bake cost?
Each item on the menu shows a “from” price as a starting point. Your final quote depends on the size, flavour and design you choose.
Where do I pick up my order?
Local home pickup in Aldinga. The exact address is provided after booking. We’ll agree on a pickup time when you book.
Do you deliver?
Delivery is available by arrangement for an additional fee, depending on location. Just choose delivery on the order form and let me know your suburb.
Can I choose a custom flavour?
Absolutely. My flavours are vanilla bean, chocolate, red velvet, lemon & vanilla, vanilla & raspberry and caramel, and custom flavour combinations are available on request — just tell me what you have in mind.
Do you cater for allergies or dietary requirements?
Please mention any dietary requirements or allergies when you order and I’ll let you know what’s possible. Please read the allergen note below before ordering.
Allergen note
All bakes are made in a home kitchen that handles common allergens including nuts, gluten, dairy and eggs. While care is taken, we can’t guarantee any bake is allergen-free.
If you have a severe allergy, please get in touch before ordering so we can talk it through.
