I absolutely love to bake.
For me, baking is more than flour and sugar — it’s my creative way of expressing love. Every cake, cookie and little sweet treat is my way of saying “you matter” to someone special.
I’ve been told I have a caring and thoughtful nature, and I think that’s exactly what goes into each bake. I love hearing about the people you’re celebrating, because the small details — a favourite colour, a shared joke, a treasured memory — are what turn a bake into something truly personal.
And I enjoy every single moment of seeing my creations come to life, from the very first idea to the moment the box is opened.
